Questwork began supporting APAO congress delivery in 2013 and developed the first Congress System for APAO in 2015. Since partnering with APVRS in 2016, the platform has continued evolving through real annual meetings, virtual congresses, hybrid programmes, and complex multi-room onsite delivery. That accumulated operating experience shapes EventOPQ: practical workflows, connected data, administrator control, reliable synchronization, and tools designed for the pressure of a live venue.
We do not treat software delivery and congress delivery as separate worlds. The same team that designs the workflow can validate it with organizers, train local partners, rehearse onsite, monitor the event, and improve the platform using what was learned.
